RYLA 2023-24 Recap

RYLA — the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards is District 5330’s signature youth leadership experience. Each year, high-school students from across Riverside and San Bernardino counties come together for an immersive camp weekend that turns strangers into teammates and students into leaders.

More Than a Camp

RYLA isn’t a lecture about leadership — it’s leadership lived out. Across the weekend, students take part in small-group discussions, team challenges, motivational keynotes, and the camp traditions that make RYLA unforgettable. They leave with new confidence, new friendships, and a clearer sense of how they can serve their schools and communities.
