Wallis Jones Grant Application
Apply online for a Rotary Friends grant. Applications are accepted September 15–October 31 each Rotary year.
Instructions for completing this application
All information is required. Incomplete applications will be returned to the submitting club. Applications are accepted September 15–October 31; the date of submission has no impact on the amount awarded, and funding is expected in November.
Please be advised. If your club received grant money in the prior year, your application — and all future applications — will not be accepted unless a closing summary report (due within 45 days after the project is completed) was submitted for that year. Keep a copy of the closing report and receipts for your records. Rotary Friends grants will not be awarded to any club that is not current in its dues to both Rotary International and District 5330 at the time grants are considered.
If your project does not use all the funds granted, return the remainder to the District Treasurer and note it in your Closing Report. If the project is canceled, return the funds and submit a Closing Report indicating the cancellation.

- Date Grant Money Is Required: the approximate date the club would like to receive funds. Funds are usually distributed between November and January; contact Anne Marie Duncan if not received by then.
- Explanation of How Funds Will Be Used: be inclusive (e.g., $100 band, $200 food, $50 decorations and miscellaneous). This helps the committee understand the value of the program.
