The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund
Hello Rotarians,
I want to Thank all of you who have donated to The Rotary Foundation (TRF) this Rotary year. So far this year the following 8 clubs have donated more than $9,000 to The Rotary Foundation. Two of these clubs donated more than $20,000 :
E-Club of World Peace, Indio, La Quinta of the Desert, Murrieta, Palm Springs, Palm Springs Sunrise, Redlands, Redlands Sunrise.
These 8 Clubs have donated a total of more than $100,000 to The Rotary Foundation. A huge thank you and acknowledgment to those clubs and their members.
November 15, 2025 was our District Foundation Dinner. At this dinner it was announced that in our District we have 147 Major Donors and 31 Triple Crown Rotarians. Be sure to read my next newsletter where I will explain what that means with regard to our district’s standing in the Zone and the Rotary World.
Right now, our calendar year is almost over and it’s getting close to tax season. This year our goal for donations to the TRF Annual Fund is $325,000. We were/are hoping to have District 5330 donations to TRF up by 10% this year. Hopefully, tax season will help us meet our 10% goal.
Therefore, if you are needing a tax deduction, do consider your own Rotary Foundation for your donation. Of course, as District Annual Fund Chair, I’m hoping that at least some of your future contributions will be to the TRF Annual Fund. J
