Rotary District 5330 (“the District,” “we,” “us”) serves Rotary clubs across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit one of our forms — such as the Connect/Contact form, Join Rotary interest form, District Service, Interact, Wallis Jones Grant, Host Family, or a member “Contact” button — we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, Rotary club, and the content of your message or application.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platform records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. Embedded content (see below) may also set cookies in your browser.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and route them to the appropriate district officer, committee chair, or club;
• To review and follow up on program applications and interest forms;
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Form submissions are delivered by email to the relevant District 5330 volunteer (for example, a committee chair or officer). We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and deliver messages, including our email delivery provider (Mailjet) and Rotary’s district database (DACdb), which relays messages to members without revealing their email addresses. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Our forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For youth programs (such as Interact, RYLA, or Youth Exchange), any personal information about a minor should be submitted by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted through this site. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); note that we do not sell personal information.
