How to book

Reserve your cabin in three easy steps

Enter by November 8, 2026 for a chance to win a $439 cruise fare credit! Submit your Cruise Intake Form to Maryalice Alberg at 2bmaryalice@gmail.com by November 8, 2026 to be eligible. The drawing is November 15, 2026, and the winner will be notified by email. Cruise fare credit must be applied toward the April 10–14, 2028 Rotary cruise and may be used for any stateroom category. The winner is responsible for any remaining fare, taxes, fees, gratuities, and conference registration. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Subject to official rules.
Official booking only — no exceptions. To attend this Rotary cruise, all participants must book through our official provider, Cruise Connections.

  1. Download the intake form

    The Cruise Intake Form (PDF) is fillable — type straight into it, or print it and fill it in by hand.

  2. Complete the top section

    Add your contact details, everyone cruising with you, your preferred cabin type, and your Rotary club. Leave the “For Cruise Connection use only” section at the bottom blank.

  3. Return it to the Conference Chair

    Email the completed form to Maryalice Alberg. Cruise Connections will follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and your deposit.
