Saturday, September 19, 2026 · Beaumont
Beaumont, CA 92223
Space is limited, so please don’t wait to register. RLI is held in District 5330 twice each Rotary year — the second session is Saturday, February 27, 2027, also in Beaumont.
A leadership course built by Rotarians, for Rotarians
The Rotary Leadership Institute is a grassroots leadership development programme delivered in three one-day parts. It isn’t only for club officers — it’s for any member who wants to understand Rotary more deeply and lead more effectively, whether that’s chairing a committee, launching a service project, or simply getting more out of membership.
Sessions are discussion-based rather than lecture-based, and you’ll be seated with Rotarians from clubs across the district and beyond. That direct interaction with members from other clubs is a large part of what makes the day work. All clubs should be sending at least one member — the stronger your club, the more service it can provide.
Rotaractors are welcome and attend at no cost. Please encourage the Rotaractors in your club’s network to register.
Which part do I register for?
All three parts are offered at every session, so you can complete the programme over three visits. Pick the part that matches where you are:

How to register
Registration is handled in DACdb. Follow the steps below from your own member account — RLI registration links are tied to the individual member, so there isn’t a shared one we can publish here.
- Go to DACdb and log in.
- Click the District tab, then Calendar.
- Make sure Multi District events is ticked — RLI is run regionally, so it stays hidden until that box is checked.
- Scroll to September 19 and register for the part you need.
