November is Foundation Month, and we started it off right with the Foundation Dinner at March Field Air Museum. THANK YOU to all who joined us for the high-energy night of fun and fundraising. Big shout out to the Rotary Club of Temecula who showed up in force with the most members of any club attending. Congratulations to everyone who bid on the fantastic auction items. Your donation to the Rotary Foundation and Polio Plus is greatly appreciated, and I hope you enjoy your winnings to the fullest. Thank you to the Foundation Dinner Committee led by Julie Ngo; you did an amazing job creating a fantastic night of fun and fundraising.
The Foundation Dinner was just the beginning of Foundation Month and Foundation giving! Thanks to the generous donation of Paul Harris points by our fellow Rotarians Douglas and Nora MacLellan, every member in our district has a golden opportunity. You can either earn your first Paul Harris recognition or move up to the next level. This is a chance to not just donate, but to be recognized for your commitment and service.
Douglas and Nora are offering matching points up to $500 donated by each Rotarian in our District for the entire month of November! You can donate online or to your club and notify your Foundation Chair or President, who will gather the information and send the totals to the District Rotary Foundation Chair, Doug Baker, at the end of the month.
