Bill is also a speaker and author in the field of non-profit management. He travels an average of 100 days a year speaking to professional associations and Rotary clubs. His doctorate is from the University of Southern California and he has authored eight books in the association and non-profit field.

The Impact of the Value Alignment Interview.  They’ve expressed interest in the club, we welcomed them in, and then they chose to leave rather quickly, creating the revolving door effect.   We’ll discuss the impact of the value alignment interview to create clarity that is beneficial to all concerned.
