Jamie Zinn
DISTRICT 5330 GOVERNOR 2023-2024
Jamie Zinn is the Chief Operating Officer of a major Western U.S. distribution firm and a proud Rotarian for over 17 years. She served on the RI Designated -5330 World Peace Conference as Treasurer and is a Co-Founder and Director for the Solutions for Peace Foundation. She has served as a Club President, as well as Treasurer, Secretary, and Chair for Foundation, Membership, Public Relations, Vocational, Community Service and Club Administration. She has been Treasurer and Director for District 5330 since 2013.
Professionally, Jamie has been in the Financial Services industry for over 46 years and was a senior executive officer with a nationwide financial services corporation where she held multiple senior level management positions throughout the organization including strategic, business, profit and capital planning; financial planning and reporting including accounting, tax and finance; primary and secondary marketing research; evaluation and development of new product and delivery concepts with strategic and tactical solutions for implementation; enterprise project methodology; retail site, market and network planning strategies; sales management and performance programs; profitability analysis and Human Resources management and delivery. She was also a Principal and owner of a Los Angeles based management consulting practice and until recently, owned a Financial Services firm that specialized in Accounting and Taxation with offices across the Inland Empire.
Jamie attended the University of Southern California and University of Phoenix receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Management-Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Political Science and Pre-Law. She also attended University of Redlands for their Masters of Business Administration program. She has been an instructor for the Institute of Financial Education, held her Series 6 and Series 7 NASD Licenses and is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and Society for Human Resource Management.
Jamie has been recognized as the California Business Woman of the Year in 2005 and 2006 as well as recipient of the Congressional Medal of Distinction in 2006 and 2008 for her work with the Business Advisory Council on taxation. She is currently a proud member of the Mountain Sunrise Rotary Club and has been recognized as the Rotary International Four Avenues of Service Award Recipient in 2008, Rotarian of the Year in 2010/2011 and 2011/2012, Lake Arrowhead Rotary Club Presidents Award Recipient in 2009/2010 and District 5330 Rotary Award of Excellence Recipient for 2013/2014. Jamie is a RLI Graduate, Paul Harris Fellow, Bequest Society Member, Benefactor and Major Donor.
Jamie and her husband Dwight reside in Temecula, and are blessed with daughter Kathryn, son Benjamin and his wife Nora.

Judy Zulfiqar – District Governor 2024-2025
Judy Zulfiqar is the Chief Strategist for Watermark Associates and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Temecula since 2002. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Outdoor Adventures by Boojum and has served on the Temecula Valley Hospital Community Advisory Board, the Oak Grove Center Advisory Board, the Board of Directors for Safe Alternatives for Everyone, and the membership committee for the Temecula Chamber of Commerce. She received her master’s in business administration from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and completed her field study in India and Thailand.
Judy is the Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Temecula and the current membership chairperson. She has served in her club as the Public Relations chair, fundraising chair, RYLA Discussion Group Leader, and volunteered on many other committees.  At the district level she will be a facilitator at the upcoming President’s Elect Training, is the Chairperson of the newly formed Rotary Task Force to Fight Human Trafficking, a member of the Rotary District 5330 Community Fundraising Dinner event committee, and the incoming District 5330 Public Relations Chairperson for 2022-2023.
Judy has lived in the Temecula Valley since 1998 where she raised her two children, Miquella and Jordan Zulfiqar and currently resides with her partner and fellow Rotarian, Robert Johns.
Nyron McLean – District Governor 2025-2026
Nyron McLean was introduced to Rotary when he was asked to speak to the Rotary Club of Covina about his leading medical, dental and surgical teams to Haiti after the massive earthquake of 2010. It was because someone at this meeting asked him to join Rotary, and then, subsequently, introduced him to a Rotary club in his hometown of Riverside, California, that Nyron became a Rotarian.
Nyron is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder, along with his wife Shelia, of Plan-It Life, Inc. in Riverside, California. Plan-It Life is a non-profit organization which, for over twenty years, has provided safety, security, structure, care and specialty mental health therapeutic services to at-risk teenagers in four locations in Southern California.
Nyron is also the President of H3Missions, Inc., a non-profit that he founded leading medical, dental and surgical teams to Haiti after the massive earthquake in 2010. He has led more than 30 teams to Haiti over the past decade, including two teams supported by a District Grant and a Rotary International Global Grant.
Nyron is a proud son of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Management with a degree in Finance, and a New England Patriots fan. He loves traveling, reading, sports and the outdoors. Nyron is currently the Executive Assistant Governor of District 5330 and a proud member of the Rotary Club of Riverside Sunrise. He was also recently selected as the District Governor Nominee for the Governor year 2056-2026.
Nyron, and his wife Shelia, have two daughters. Erin, is a Psychotherapist in Houston, Texas and a member of the Rotary Club of Houston Skyline and his younger daughter, Erika, is in her final year of dental school at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
