DUES & INSURANCE
Each Rotary Club pays annual dues to Rotary International and District 5330 for each of its active members. The dues to RI are remitted in two semi-annual payments, in July and January. The dues to District 5330 are billed semi-annually per year and are invoiced in July and they are to be paid by August 31 and are invoiced in January and they are to be paid in February.
District 5330 clubs pay the premium to RI for insurance with the July dues remittance.

The insurance programs are as broad and as comprehensive as possible. Contact the person listed below to learn more about the coverage, to verify coverage, or to arrange additional coverage. If your club is planning an event that involves aircraft, watercraft, automobiles, snow-vehicles, trailers, fireworks, demolition derbies and similar hazardous projects you may not be covered. Inquire about coverage if in doubt. Be certain to report all or any potential claims immediately.

ROTARY INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION CYCLE
On June 30th and December 31st, Rotary International creates the Semi-Annual Report (SAR) of dues. This bill is based on the members on the Rotary International website at midnight their time. Payment of this invoice is due immediately.
DISTRICT 5330 COLLECTION CYCLE
Based upon the RI Semi-Annual Report (SAR) the District Treasurer will invoice each club for district dues in July and January. This invoice includes the district dues , Payment for July invoice is due August 31 and January at the end of February.
THE ROTARY MAGAZINE
Rotary requires that all members subscribe to the Rotary magazine. The cost for 2021-22 is $12, which is included in the Rotary dues assessment. Members can choose to receive a paper or digital subscription.
